firmMy firm’s focus is on the advocacy of fathers’ and husbands’ rights. Since 1995, I have been proudly associated with Fathers for Equal Rights and the National Fathers Resource Center, two non-profit organizations committed to advocating equality for men in family law matters. Many men have turned to me for help with their Texas family law cases.

I have a long history of advocacy for Fathers' rights for two reasons: personal and professional. I too have gone through a divorce and fought for the right to spend time with and parent my children. I have experienced first hand the seeming indifference that the Courts display toward fathers. It has inspired me to dedicate my career toward trying to level the playing field.

Professionally, I see on a daily basis how the law is skewed toward mothers and how the courts regularly favor a woman's rights over those of the man, often working against the best interest of the children. There is a subtle but real presumption toward women that needs to be resisted. I have devoted my practice to resisting this presumption.

While Texas and Federal law mandate that both genders be treated equally, it sadly has been my experience and observation that biases against men in family law cases are pervasive and persist to this day in the minds and attitudes of many courts and juries. I see this in almost every aspect of family law, whether child custody, division of property, child support or visitation.

With offices located in far north Dallas and in Frisco, I primarily serve Collin, Dallas and Denton counties, but I also often handle matters in other metro counties, such as: Tarrant, Grayson, Rockwall, Ellis and Kaufman counties. I also represent clients in other cities and counties across the state, including: Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, The Valley, the Austin area, Tyler, and numerous smaller, rural counties across Texas.
